[REDACTED], I have tried to help you and be patient with you.
However, you have just blatantly lied to my face.
I have always kept my textbooks in immaculate condition because I always sell them afterward. Due to the damage that you have done, I’m not unable to sell this book.
I believe that you had not asked me about the front cover being bent. If you had asked, I do not recall. Nonetheless, this is not the pertinent issue. The issue is your dishonesty regarding the damage done to my book which I lent to you in good faith.
If you would like to do the right thing and compensate me for the damage you have done to my textbook, I’m willing to put this behind us. If not, then I’m sorry to say that I am extremely disappointed in your actions.
